Stakeholder Konsultationen (2. Runde) zur Sekundärdatennutzung im EHDS gestartet.

Die Ergebnisse der Joint Action (gemeinsamen Maßnahme von EU und MItgliedsstaaten) TEHDAS2 umfassen eine Reihe von Dokumenten im Entwurfsstadium, die zur Unterstützung der Umsetzung des Europäischen Gesundheitsdatenraums (EHDS) im Zusammenhang mit der Sekundärnutzung von Gesundheitsdaten erstellt wurden. Diese Leitliniendokumente enthalten bewährte Verfahren, Empfehlungen und Anweisungen, die für verschiedene Phasen der Sekundärnutzung von Gesundheitsdaten relevant sind. Sie sollen sowohl die Europäische Kommission bei der Ausarbeitung der Durchführungsrechtsakte (Implementing Acts) für die EHDS-Verordnung als auch die Mitgliedstaaten bei der Umsetzung des EHDS in die Praxis unterstützen. Im Zeitraum von Ende September bis Ende November führt TEHDAS2 im Rahmen seines Projektmandats ein Kommentierungsverfahren zur Einbeziehung aller Stakeholder in Europa durch.
